These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Living Oak Ventures, Inc. (“we”, “us”) for the Adrenaline Bible mobile app, website, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who May Use Adrenaline Bible
- You must be at least 13 years old. If you are 13 to 17, you may use Adrenaline Bible only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who should read these Terms with you. We do not verify this.
- Children under 13 may not use Adrenaline Bible. If we learn that a user is under 13, we will delete the account.
- We may refuse or end access if these Terms are broken.
2. Your Account
- You can create an account with Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. Existing accounts that signed up with a phone number can keep using phone sign-in until December 31, 2026. After that date phone sign-in ends, and anyone who has not added Apple or Google to their account by then will need to start a new account.
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at Hello@AdrenalineBible.com if you think someone else has used it.
- One account per email address. Do not share or sell your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app (see section 9).
3. What You Share (Prayers, Journals, Groups, and More)
- Adrenaline Bible lets you write prayers, journal entries, comments, and flash cards, join or run groups, add friends, and share a profile photo (“Your Content”).
- Your Content is yours. You give us permission to store, display, and process it only as needed to run the Service for you and the people you choose to share it with, for example showing a prayer to a friend or group you shared it with.
- You decide who sees what you share. Please share thoughtfully: people in your groups and friends list can see what you share with them.
- We may remove content or accounts that break these Terms or put others at risk.
4. Be Kind: Community Rules
Please do not: harass, threaten, or shame others; share content that is hateful, sexually explicit, or illegal; impersonate anyone; spam; collect other people’s information; break or probe the Service’s security; or use the Service for anything unlawful.
Prayer requests are often personal. Treat what others share with respect and keep it private unless they say otherwise.
5. Scripture Text and Our Content

- The Service, its design, and our own content belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for personal, non-commercial use as the Service allows. Do not copy, scrape, resell, or build a competing service from them.

6. Seek, Our AI Bible Guide
- Seek may not be suitable for some minors. Parents and guardians should decide whether it is right for their teen.
- For information only. Seek is an AI. It can make mistakes. Check what it says against Scripture. Seek is for spiritual and educational information, not counseling, medical, legal, or financial advice, and it does not replace prayer, your local church, or trusted Christians in your life.
- Seek is not an emergency service. If you may be in danger, call 911. In the United States you can call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) at any time. See how Seek responds on our crisis protocol page.
- To write answers, your questions are sent to Apologist, an outside company that provides the AI. How your Seek conversations are stored, used, and deleted is explained in the Privacy Policy. Do not share private details about other people, or sensitive details you would not want an AI service to see.
- We may limit or pause Seek, for example with a daily message limit, to keep it available for everyone. Seek’s answers may not always be available.
7. Notifications
If you allow notifications, we may send you things like the Verse of the Day and activity from your friends and groups. You can turn them off in the app or in your phone’s settings.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on providers such as Apple, Google, Firebase, Apologist, and Crossway. Their own terms apply to what they provide, and we are not responsible for their services.
9. Ending Your Account
- In the app: open your profile and choose Delete Account. You can also request deletion at adrenalinebible.com/delete-account-request. Deleting your account permanently deletes your content and your Seek conversations (and asks Apologist to erase what it holds). See the Privacy Policy for what may be kept briefly (legal, security, backups).
- We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, create risk for others, or if we must by law. We may also change or stop parts of the Service.
10. Disclaimers (“As Is”)
Adrenaline Bible and Seek are provided for spiritual and educational information only. Nothing in the Service is counseling, medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or pastoral advice, and AI answers can contain mistakes.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will always work, be error-free, or be secure.
11. Limit on Our Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will update the Effective Date and, for material changes, tell you in the app or on the website. Using the Service after a change means you accept it.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
