How to Request Account Deletion

1. Click the button above to open a pre-filled email, or email Hello@AdrenalineBible.com directly with the subject "Account Deletion Request."
2. Send the request from the email address associated with your Adrenaline Bible account.
3. We may contact you to verify that you are the owner of the account before completing the deletion.
4. Once your request has been verified, your account and associated personal data will be scheduled for deletion.

You may submit a deletion request even if you no longer have the Adrenaline Bible app installed.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, data associated with your account will be removed from our active systems. This may include:

• Your Adrenaline Bible user account
• Your name, username, or profile information
• Your email address and other account contact information
• Authentication and account login information
• Bible trivia activity, scores, progress, and achievements
• Saved preferences or settings associated with your account
• Other personal information directly associated with your account

Data That May Be Retained

Certain limited information may be retained after an account deletion request when necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes, including:

• Information required to comply with applicable laws or legal obligations
• Records necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
• Records necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
• Limited system logs or backup copies pending routine backup-retention cycles

Any retained information will only be used for the purpose for which it is required and will not be used to recreate your Adrenaline Bible account.

Processing Time

We will begin processing verified account deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. Account information will generally be deleted from our active systems within 30 days after verification. Data contained in routine backup systems may remain for up to 30 days before being permanently removed.

Third-Party Services

Adrenaline Bible uses third-party service providers to support authentication, hosting, analytics, notifications, and other app functionality. When applicable, we will delete or request deletion of personal information associated with your account that is maintained by service providers acting on our behalf, subject to their applicable retention requirements.
