Adrenaline Bible respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide when using our website, mobile application, and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices available to you. It applies to Adrenaline Bible, operated by Living Oak Ventures, Inc.
When you create or use an Adrenaline Bible account, we may collect the following personal information:
Sign in with Apple and Google. If you sign in with Apple or Google, they tell us your name and email address (as you allow) and a unique account ID. We do not receive your Apple or Google password.
What you create in the app. Prayers, journal entries, comments, flash cards, groups and group membership, friends, and a profile photo, along with the people you choose to share them with.
Seek conversations. If you use Seek, our AI Bible guide, the questions you type and the answers you receive (see section 5).
We use this information primarily to create and manage your account, verify your identity, communicate with you regarding your account, and provide access to Adrenaline Bible features and services.

Adrenaline Bible may use your Apple or Google account, your email address, or your phone number to sign you in and verify your account. This may include one-time verification codes (sent by text message for phone sign-in), account security messages, and account recovery communications.
Your phone number will not be used for unrelated marketing communications unless you separately provide consent where required.
Phone sign-in for existing accounts ends December 31, 2026.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We may share limited information with trusted third-party service providers that help us operate Adrenaline Bible. These include Google (Firebase and Google Cloud) for sign-in, database, file storage, and notifications; Apple for Sign in with Apple and notifications; Supabase for storing Seek conversations; Apologist for creating Seek’s answers (see section 5); and TelemetryDeck for anonymous usage counts. These providers are permitted to use information only as necessary to provide services on our behalf and are subject to their own contractual and legal obligations regarding data protection.

What Seek does. Seek is an AI-powered Bible guide inside Adrenaline Bible. You type a question or choose a passage, and Seek answers from Scripture. Seek can make mistakes. It is for spiritual and educational information, not counseling, medical, legal, or financial advice, and it may not be suitable for some minors.
What we send out. To write an answer, we send your question, the earlier messages in that conversation, and (when you ask about a passage you are reading) that passage to Apologist, the company that provides the AI. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, or account ID. We send an anonymous code that is the same each time for your account and cannot be traced back to you without a secret that only we hold. How Apologist handles information is also governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
What we store. Your Seek conversations (titles, messages, and previews) are stored in encrypted form in our database, tied to your account, so they are there on any device you sign in to. Only you can see them, and we do not read them.
Moments of support. If a message contains words that suggest you may be in crisis, Seek shows a card with the 911, 988, and Focus on the Family numbers. We record that the card was shown (time, device type, app version, and your anonymous code), never what you wrote. Learn more on our Seek crisis protocol page.
Your choices. You can delete any conversation, or all of them, in Seek. If you delete your account, we erase your Seek conversations and ask Apologist to erase your text there (Apologist replaces your message text with a placeholder and finishes any leftovers on a regular schedule). Please don’t share private details about other people, or sensitive details you would not want an AI service to see.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Adrenaline Bible services, maintain your account, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
If you delete your Adrenaline Bible account, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account from our active systems, subject to limited exceptions.

In the app: you can delete your account yourself. Open your profile and choose Delete Account. This permanently erases your content (prayers, journal, comments, flash cards, profile, and photo), your Seek conversations, and your sign-in, and removes your Sign in with Apple link.
You may also request deletion at adrenalinebible.com/delete-account-request. We may require you to verify your identity before completing the request in order to protect your account from unauthorized deletion. Once a verified request is processed, your account and associated personal information will be deleted in accordance with our data retention practices and applicable legal requirements.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
These measures may include authentication controls, access restrictions, encryption (including encryption of Seek conversations), secure hosting infrastructure, and other security practices appropriate to the nature of the information being processed.
However, no internet-based service or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Adrenaline Bible is for people 13 and older. Users aged 13 to 17 may use it only with the permission of a parent or guardian. Children under 13 may not use Adrenaline Bible, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
If we learn that a user is under 13, we will delete the account and its information. Parents or guardians who believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to Adrenaline Bible may contact us to request review or deletion.
The Adrenaline Bible website may use cookies or similar technologies to support essential website functionality, maintain user sessions, improve performance, enhance security, and understand how users interact with the website.
Some third-party service providers may also use similar technologies when providing services on our behalf.
You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.
Adrenaline Bible may use third-party analytics, hosting, authentication, messaging, or infrastructure services. Our usage analytics (TelemetryDeck) are counts only, with no personal data, and never include what you write or ask Seek.
These providers may process limited information such as device information, IP addresses, application activity, or account identifiers as necessary to provide their services. The privacy practices of third-party providers are governed by their respective privacy policies and contractual obligations.

Adrenaline Bible does not sell personal information. Adrenaline Bible also does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under applicable California privacy laws.
If you access Adrenaline Bible from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. Data protection laws in those locations may differ from those in your country of residence.
Where required by applicable law, we take reasonable measures to protect personal information transferred internationally.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes to our services, technology, legal requirements, or privacy practices. When changes are made, we will update the Effective Date shown at the top of this policy. Material changes may also be communicated through the Adrenaline Bible website, application, or other appropriate means.
